Disclaimer about “Day-Of” Coordination:  We are going to assume you are looking for a coordinator because you are either required to have one or you already know you want a day, you truly enjoy, you want time with your guests and you don’t want your family and close friends working on your wedding day. It is an investment when you hire a professional coordinator.  What Weddings by Aimee offers is a coordination package that ensures all of that and more. Every wedding is totally unique. We have over ten years experience and put all of that experience into your wedding. It is against our grain to offer such an important service during a time that will cause more stress for you, which would be weeks or a month before your wedding.  In this time, we’d like you to preserve and protect it for your personal preparations, reflection and to simply to enjoy. You want all the logistical kinks worked out during the planning phase, not weeks before. This is the job of a coordinator. So, our coordination package offers all the things you’ll see common in the industry listed as “Day-Of” or “Month-Of” except the huge difference is, we work WITH you earlier on so, come one month before your wedding, you don’t have to begin handing off the months of information, design and planning details, we already have it and are ready to move forward on your behalf. This way, there is time to weed out red and yellow flags and to ensure you will have the day you TRULY want it to be.  We ARE your one point of contact for anything wedding day related. We are your vendors POC (which they love) and the venue has us to lean on as well. Your wedding day will be one of the most important and ‘biggest’ days of your life and this is our way of ensuring you are available to enjoy the weeks leading up, the week of and every aspect on your wedding day. This is part of our Mindful Planning approach. We are flipping the standard of “the day that goes by so fast and you never had the time to……”. Our pricing for this coordination/logistical planner starts at $4,800.
